EPCOT's 2026 International Food & Wine Festival begins August 27, and marketplace signs now visible around the park identify a broad returning lineup of food-and-drink booths. The festival is scheduled to run through November 21, 2026.
The signs are not a full menu release. They do give guests a clearer picture of where festival activity will be staged and which marketplace names are returning.

Marketplace signs across the park
Near the entrance to World Showcase, Shimmering Sips has been identified in its familiar location. Coastal Eats and Gyozas of the Galaxy are reported in World Discovery, alongside Flavors From Fire and The Fry Basket near Test Track.
In World Nature, the former Land kiosk is identified as Earth Eats. The location was reported as open without festival food at the time of the update, despite a “Coming Soon” decal. A visible booth or sign should not be treated as confirmation that festival menu items are already available.
Along the walkway between Imagination and World Showcase, the Harvest Hollow area is reported to include Bramblewood Bites, Milled & Mulled, and Forest & Field.
World Showcase and the Odyssey
The reported lineup includes Canada, France, Brazil, Belgium, Greece, Japan, Spain, Germany, The Alps, India, China, Mexico, Australia, and Hawai'i. Several booths have 30th-anniversary decoration details, including Canada, France, Japan, China, and Mexico.
The Odyssey pavilion is again identified as Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey, with graphics referencing the Muppets' Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker. The confirmation supports the returning booth concept, but it does not establish a full menu, pricing, capacity, or exact availability of particular dishes.
For visits before August 27, guests should not plan on festival menus merely because signs are installed. For visits after the opening, the booth list is a useful map reference, while final food choices should wait for menu details, prices, dietary information, and any announced festival-specific offers.
