Six Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Dates Are Reported Sold Out

Opening-night and mid-August party tickets are among the dates already reported unavailable. Here is what guests should check before choosing a 2026 party night.

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party begins at Magic Kingdom on August 7, and six 2026 dates are already reported sold out: August 7, August 11, August 14, August 18, October 13, and October 31.

The party is separately ticketed, so a regular Magic Kingdom admission ticket does not provide access once the event begins. Guests who want a remaining party night should check Disney's current ticket calendar before tying dining, hotel, or park-day plans to a particular date. The reported sold-out list is a useful warning, not a substitute for the live purchase page.

Key details

  • Season: Select nights from August 7 through October 31, 2026
  • Reported sold-out dates: August 7, 11, 14, and 18; October 13 and 31
  • Party hours: 7 PM to midnight
  • Early entry: Party-ticket guests may enter Magic Kingdom from 4 PM
  • Reported ticket range: $119 to $229, depending on date
  • Eligible discount: Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members are reported to receive $10 off on select nights through October 2

Four August dates are already unavailable

The first four reported sellouts all fall before the end of August. That includes the August 7 opening night, followed by August 11, 14, and 18. It means guests planning an August party should not assume that choosing the first month of the season guarantees an easy ticket purchase.

Other August dates were listed in the published schedule, including August 21, 23, 25, 28, and 30. Their availability is not something this article can confirm. A ticket can sell out after a publisher's report is posted, so the live Disney calendar is the decision point for any date that is still under consideration.

What the ticket covers

The event runs from 7 PM to midnight, while party-ticket guests can enter at 4 PM. That earlier admission is part of the ticket and does not require a separate daytime Magic Kingdom ticket.

For 2026, approved-publisher reporting also identifies a new Tomorrowland offering, A Masquerade with Stitch, featuring Stitch with Lilo and Angel at Rockettower Plaza Stage. That is context for what distinguishes this season, but the immediate news for a guest choosing dates is ticket availability.

Prices vary significantly by date

Published reporting places 2026 ticket prices between $119 and $229. The lower August prices do not mean every August date is still available, and the higher October prices do not mean every October date is sold out. The reported list includes dates at both ends of the season.

Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members are reported to have a $10 discount on select party nights from August 7 through October 2. Eligibility, blackout conditions, and remaining inventory should be confirmed during checkout rather than assumed from a general discount announcement.

What to do if the preferred night is unavailable

First, check the official calendar for nearby dates rather than relying on a list published earlier in the season. Then look at the regular Magic Kingdom hours for the alternative. Party nights and non-party nights produce different evening plans, and moving a ticket can change how a guest uses both Magic Kingdom and transportation that day.

If no party night works, guests can still visit Magic Kingdom during the fall season on a regular admission day, but they should not expect access to the hard-ticket party's entertainment or treat trails. Keeping that line clear helps avoid purchasing the wrong kind of ticket or planning around an event that the chosen admission does not include.
